Somersworth Youth Connection (SYC)

for fun and entertaining after-school activities that may even be good for you when school lets out during the week. 

Text Box: The Somersworth Youth Connection is for middle school students in Somersworth, NH. Students are offered a broad array of enrichment activities to complement their regular academic programs. A variety of activities will be provided that meet students’ physical, emotional, social and educational needs, including opportunities for skill building and mastery in literacy, math, arts-based activities, and decision-making. The program also expects to enhance students’ academic success by partnering with participants’ families.

Maureen Call has been hired by the HUB to develop the program and manage the

coordinators directly working with the

students. Maureen’s background spans nearly 12 years with the Somersworth

Recreation and Parks Department.
