Home Visiting

Becoming a parent is the biggest decision a person will ever make. When life has thrown a person challenges prior to a new baby’s arrival, or if new challenges have presented themselves that seem overwhelming to a growing family, the HUB offers home visiting services through experienced family educators.

These educators, many with their master degree in social work can assist these overwhelmed families through weekly visits, by teaching them tools to empower themselves, or access other programs and services that can help them to improve their family or home situation.
